If you are a real estate professional, Daniel is dedicated full-time to WDI’s help with your real estate transaction. We typically go with the home inspector to make everything as easy as possible. In cases where concurrent inspections are not possible we also have Supra Keys through ABOR so no agent needs to meet us. We can schedule with the listing agent as we still required to use the CBS (call-before-showing) code that is in the Supra Admin for each box, this is a 7 digit code and usually a phone number. We do many inspections for VA and FHA loans and are familiar with the closing requirements for WDI’s.
